Senior Graphic Designer

Million Dollar Baby Co. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. This role involves creating visually compelling content across digital, social, and retail platforms, while also mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative point of view and a proven ability to build culturally relevant brands.

• Design compelling marketing and brand storytelling campaigns
• Apply motion graphics, animation, and GIFs
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Develop deep fluency in each brand’s aesthetic, voice, and positioning
• Understand and design toward performance metrics
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities independently
