Director - User Experience, Developer Experience

Lead the User Experience Design team for Salesforce Developer Experience (DX), defining and executing the design strategy for professional developer tools. You will oversee user experience for innovations like AI-driven developer canvases and coding assistants, alongside core platform tools. Manage and grow a team of designers and engineers, partnering with product management and engineering to create elegant, intuitive developer tools.

• Define multi-year UX strategy for Salesforce Developer Tools
• Pioneer AI-driven developer tooling and human-agent interaction
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Designers and Design Engineers
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture
• Design for developer workflows including CLI, IDE extensions, and CI/CD
• Requires hybrid designer and developer expertise with 10+ years UX and 5+ years management experience
