Senior UX Designer

Lead end-to-end experience strategy for Walmart's Global Realty operations, translating complex workflows into scalable, intuitive designs for field associates. You'll conduct research, prototype solutions for web and mobile, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, while also mentoring junior designers and elevating associate-facing design standards.
