Lead and execute compelling visual communications that strengthen CACI's brand and support business priorities. This hands-on role involves conceptualizing and designing across multiple channels, mentoring two designers, and translating complex technology into engaging visual stories. We seek a creative leader with an agency mindset, adept at both strategic thinking and practical execution, ideally with experience in the defense or technology sectors.

• Lead creative strategy and concept development for brand initiatives and campaigns
• Translate complex technology and business objectives into compelling visual stories
• Design across print, digital, web, social media, presentations, and advertising
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team of two designers
• Maintain hands-on design capabilities across various media, including motion graphics
