Omada Health is seeking a seasoned Product Designer to shape AI-driven experiences for members and care teams. This role focuses on the intersection of product design, AI interaction, service design, and behavior change to create intelligent, personalized, and trustworthy health journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and clinically appropriate user experiences.

What we are looking for

Lead product and experience design for AI-supported member experiences
Define interaction models for intelligent guidance, recommendations, and human-in-the-loop support
Shape AI and human care team collaboration across digital and service touchpoints
Translate concepts like trust, safety, and personalization into design patterns
Prototype using modern design and AI tools, including conversational flows
Partner with Product, AI, Data Science, Engineering, and Clinical teams
