Lead UI/UX Designer

Lead the UI/UX design for Ecolab's ServiceNow platform, driving consistency and building a design system from the ground up. This hands-on leadership role involves setting design direction, creating consumer-grade experiences, and establishing a formal UX practice. You will own the success and adoption of designs, partnering with product and engineering teams, and advocating for user experience across the organization.

• Own and document UX/UI standards and drive adoption
• Build and own a design system and component library
• Design and build consumer-grade experiences in UI Builder and React
• Establish a formal UX practice and lead designers/developers
• Conduct user research and ensure accessibility (WCAG)
• Manage stakeholders and communicate design vision to leadership
