Internship - 2027 Undergraduate 3M UX/UI Design Intern - Safety & Industrial Business Group (SIBG)

As a UX/UI Design Intern with 3M's Safety & Industrial Business Group, you will contribute to shaping user-centered digital experiences that enhance industrial safety and productivity. You'll collaborate with experienced designers and cross-functional teams, applying human-centered design principles to real business challenges. This internship offers hands-on project experience, mentorship, and opportunities to build foundational design skills in a global context.

• Contribute to UX/UI design for digital tools in industrial and safety applications
• Apply user-centered design methods with support from senior designers
• Assist with user research and synthesize findings into design recommendations
• Create UX deliverables like user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in design critiques
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and experienced with Figma
