Art Director

OpenAI is seeking an experienced Art Director to join its in-house creative team. You will lead the concept and direction of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns to elevate the OpenAI brand and communicate the capabilities and ethical considerations of its technology. This role involves close collaboration with various teams and external vendors to produce visually stunning work across diverse media.

• Lead creative development of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand moments
• Develop and direct compelling visual narratives for OpenAI's story and products
• Translate abstract ideas and complex technology into elegant visual communication
• Collaborate with writers, designers, brand strategists, and external partners
• Provide visual direction for campaign photography, illustration, and video
• Establish and maintain a high visual bar across all marketing outputs
