Principal UX Designer/Architect

AT&T is seeking a Principal UX Designer/Architect to lead the design of HR technology solutions. You will define experience strategy, create intuitive designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee and HR professional experiences across enterprise platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction architecture, and the ability to translate complex needs into scalable digital tools.

• Define and communicate UX vision and design direction for HR technology
• Translate business objectives and user needs into experience strategies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction designs
• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery through launch
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions
• Mentor designers and elevate the work of others
