Field Service Technician (Washington DC/ Richmond, VA))

As a Field Service Technician, you will manage an assigned service territory in the greater DC/Richmond, VA area, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing fitness equipment. You will build relationships with customers and sales partners, manage your workload, and maintain company vehicle and parts inventory. This is a remote-based position requiring travel within your territory.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot networking, electrical, or mechanical issues on fitness equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance on fitness equipment
• Build strong relationships with customers and sales partners
• Manage daily workload and scheduling for optimal service delivery
• Travel assigned territory via company-provided van
• Manage spare parts inventory and company vehicle
