Babylist is seeking a Principal Product Designer to own the personalization experience across our platform. You will translate company goals into clear priorities, drive UX vision, and ensure a high-quality user experience. This role requires a strategic, hands-on builder who can push for bold improvements, mentor other designers, and lead the transition to AI-native product development.
