AAA is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to synthesize member feedback, competitive analysis, and expert insights to enhance the digital member experience. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the Walnut Creek office and involves conducting generative research, analyzing data, and developing strategic recommendations to improve engagement and satisfaction.
