Head of Design - Agentic Experience

Baker Tilly is seeking a Head of Design to lead the creation of AI-powered products that enhance professional collaboration with AI agents. This role involves shaping intuitive and trustworthy user experiences, making AI reasoning and oversight transparent and actionable. As a founding design leader, you will work hands-on with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, high-quality solutions that support professional judgment and accountability.

• Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered product experiences
• Establish design strategy and standards for AI interaction principles
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product management and engineering
• Conduct user research to understand professional workflows with AI agents
