About this role
Baselayer is rebuilding the identity infrastructure for financial institutions, focusing on business verification and risk assessment. As a Sr. Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for their fintech platform, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability.
What we are looking for
6- Own product design end-to-end from research to shipping polished UI
- Design screens, flows, and interactions using an established design system
- Translate complex KYB, risk, and compliance workflows into clear interfaces
- Collaborate closely with engineering for feasibility and handoff
- Use AI tools alongside Figma for faster explorations and prototypes
- Identify and improve UX inconsistencies and contribute to the design system
