VP, Product Design

CLEAR is seeking a VP of Product Design to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for their Travel and CLEAR1 experiences. This executive role involves unifying physical and digital touchpoints, building scalable design systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact across growth, trust, and partner value.

• Lead design strategy across consumer, enterprise, and operational touchpoints
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape roadmaps
• Oversee design of key traveler and partner journeys
• Develop and evolve design systems and experience standards
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product design team
• Champion trust, privacy, accessibility, and inclusive design
