Lead a team focused on Zillow's visual design practice and language, ensuring cohesive and high-quality customer experiences across all digital products. You will refine and evolve Zillow's visual identity, embed quality into AI-enabled workflows, and mentor a specialized team of designers.

- Lead a product design team focused on Zillow’s visual language
- Co-own the refinement of Zillow’s visual identity with Brand and Studio teams
- Own the application of Zillow’s visual identity in Product experiences
- Mature our Visual Design practice and Partner Enablement programs
- Partner with Design Technology to embed visual-quality standards into AI-enabled tools
- Lead, coach, and grow a specialized team of designers
