About this role

Intact is seeking a UX Researcher intern for Winter 2027 to collaborate with cross-functional teams on user research initiatives. You will plan and execute research activities, synthesize findings, and create user experience artifacts to inform product development. What we are looking for

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and data analysts
Plan and execute user research activities including interviews and user testing
Synthesize data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Create user experience artifacts like customer journeys and personas
Currently pursuing a master's program in UX, HCI, Cognitive Science, or Marketing Research
Available 35 hours a week from January 5 to April 23, 2027
