Staff Content Designer, UX Platform

As a Staff Content Designer on the UX Platform team, you will set the strategy and craft standards for how language functions across Etsy's platform. You'll build content frameworks, voice guidelines, and cross-cutting patterns that elevate the quality of experiences for buyers and sellers. This role involves architecting the content layer of Etsy's design system and making it AI-ready, while also acting as a peer and force multiplier for other content designers.

• Define platform-level content strategy, voice, and conversational patterns

• Build AI-ready content guidelines and prompt infrastructure

• 10+ years of content design experience with systems thinking
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and content craft
