Product Designer, Unsecured Lending

Upstart is seeking a Product Designer to join their Unsecured Lending team. You will design end-to-end user experiences for borrower-facing flows, translating product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. This role involves close collaboration with product managers and engineers to deliver production-ready designs and incorporate user feedback and data insights.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for borrower-facing lending flows
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on scope and implementation
• Deliver production-ready designs and ensure design intent is preserved
• Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input
• 3+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership
