Manager, Product Design, Growth (Upper Funnel)

Mural is seeking a Manager, Product Design, Growth to lead the design of key user experiences that build trust and drive engagement. You will own the end-to-end growth journey, from initial discovery to user activation and retention, ensuring clarity and minimizing friction. This role involves hands-on design, leading a small team of designers, and partnering closely with product, engineering, and data science to shape the future of collaborative work.

• Define user-centered discovery, activation, and monetization experiences
• Lead design experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion funnels
• Interpret behavioral data to inform design decisions
• Manage and mentor 1-3 product designers
• Establish reusable growth patterns in the design system
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive user commitment
