Vans: Senior Social Art Director

Vans is seeking a Senior Social Art Director to create platform-native visual stories that resonate with youth culture. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of social content, from concept to publication, and will collaborate with various teams to build an organic social ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and a passion for street culture.

• Concept, shoot, edit, animate, and publish platform-native stories
• Build and scale repeatable social-first series and editorial formats
• Create compelling native content to support brand priorities
• Independently capture high-quality content on set or on the fly
• Collaborate with external creators, athletes, and internal teams
• 7+ years of experience in art direction or social creative roles
