Staff Product Designer

GlossGenius is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design strategy and implementation for AI-powered features within their core product. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the design process, from ideation to production, and requires close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to shape the user experience for hundreds of thousands of business owners.

• Own end-to-end design process from strategy to production
• Define integration of AI-powered features into core product
• Use AI to accelerate design workflow and increase output
• Build user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
