About this role

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Experience Designer to create innovative and trustworthy AI-powered experiences. In this individual contributor role, you will partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex needs into clear strategies, prototypes, and production-ready designs. You will leverage your expertise in Agentic AI and Conversational UX to build impactful solutions that change patients' lives.

What we are looking for

End-to-end design of complex AI-enabled products and workflows
Design conversational AI across chat, voice, and multimodal interactions
Prototype realistic AI agent behavior using LLM APIs and agent frameworks
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape scope and resolve challenges
Deliver high-quality interaction, visual, and conversation design
Rapidly validate concepts and iterate on designs with user feedback
