Senior AI-First Designer

Appnovation Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, AI-First Design to drive the design of AI-native platforms for a global leader in the healthcare industry. This individual contributor role involves hands-on design partnership within cross-functional teams, focusing on agentic AI experiences, conversational UX, and owning AI-first design system patterns. You will shape products, create rapid prototypes, and ensure design decisions directly impact how medicines reach patients.

• Lead design of AI-native platforms for a major healthcare partner
• Drive agentic AI experiences and conversational UX end-to-end
• Own and ship AI-first design system patterns as code
• Create rapid prototypes simulating agent behavior and validating workflows
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and manage regulated-content guardrails
• Act as a product-minded strategist connecting design to measurable outcomes
