Lead Designer

This hands-on role involves creating visionary concepts, building scalable design systems, and enabling teams across the organization to produce consistent, high-impact creative experiences. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-assisted workflows and possess deep expertise in brand craft, visual language, and systems thinking.
