Designer - In Vehicle Quality

As a Designer on the In-Vehicle Quality team, you will ensure the highest standard of digital experiences across GM's brands by meticulously reviewing software implementation against design intent and customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience in every vehicle.

• Review infotainment software implementation against design intent and brand requirements
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects and usability concerns
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Software, and Engineering teams to resolve issues
• Conduct software reviews in vehicles and on system benches
• Track issues through resolution using systems like Jira
• Assess brand alignment and consistency across in-vehicle displays
