Lead Designer

31st Union is seeking a Lead Designer to shape the future of online multiplayer gaming. This role will lead a gameplay pillar team, guiding day-to-day work, aligning the team on objectives, and ensuring high-quality design execution. You will manage and mentor designers, define project scope and milestones, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring game visions to life.

• Lead a feature team by setting scope, approach, and design objectives
• Manage and mentor other designers, providing support and feedback
• Define sprint and milestone objectives, including tradeoffs and focus areas
• Evaluate and diagnose work for improvements and opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate and align on work
• Enforce good executional standards for scripting and design
