Senior / Staff Product Designer - Patient

Headway is seeking Senior and Staff Product Designers to enhance the patient experience within mental healthcare. This role involves owning the end-to-end patient journey, leveraging AI-native tools for prototyping and ideation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong design craft, product intuition, and a commitment to making mental healthcare accessible.

• Own patient product experience end-to-end
• Prototype and test ideas using AI tools
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Design patient journey moments: finding providers, benefits, booking
• Run experiments with clear success metrics
• Contribute to design system and share AI patterns
