Lead Brand Designer

Monzo is seeking an experienced Lead Brand Designer to shape our visual identity and drive innovative design solutions. You will lead end-to-end branding projects, mentor a team of designers, and act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and evolution across all touchpoints. This role requires a strong portfolio in branding, art direction, and typography, with a hands-on approach using tools like Figma.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end branding projects from ideation to execution
• Manage and mentor a small team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment
• Act as a brand guardian, guiding external agencies and ensuring consistency
• Develop and evolve brand identities, creating compelling campaign assets
• Contribute directly to design work in Figma, focusing on branding, typography, and motion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product design
