You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear, engaging content that enhances ease, simplicity, and delight across various digital touchpoints, contributing to business growth and advancing the practice of UX at Target.

• Develop and strategize content recommendations and systems for guest-facing experiences
• Synthesize Target's tone and voice, guest needs, and business requirements
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers
• Advocate for guest communication needs to build confidence and reduce decision friction
• Conduct basic user experience research and learn from business data
