Sr UX Researcher I

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Sr. UX Researcher to support government solutions. You will lead user research activities, translate insights into actionable product recommendations, and provide hands-on UX design support when needed. This role is ideal for someone passionate about uncovering customer needs and improving product experiences within a government context.

• Lead user research across Public Safety, Civilian, and Vital Core products
• Plan and conduct customer interviews, usability studies, and field research
• Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations
• Collaborate with design, product, and technology partners
• Provide hands-on UX design support, including wireframing and prototyping
• Contribute to accessibility reviews and compliance documentation
