Lead Product Designer

Circle is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own end-to-end design for a key product area within their online community platform. This fully remote role involves defining problems, shaping direction, and shipping experiences in close partnership with product managers and engineers. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools in their design process and raise the craft standard for the broader team.

• Own product area design end-to-end
• Define problems and set design direction
• Design complex, multi-step product flows
• Prototype and test using AI-assisted tools
• Influence product strategy beyond own surface
• Drive craft standards and raise bar for design team
