Staff UX/UI Designer

Robots & Pencils is seeking a Staff UX/UI Designer to lead design strategy and quality for major client engagements. This role involves owning end-to-end design for complex, multi-platform products, driving UX research, and collaborating with leadership and clients to shape product direction. You will also mentor designers and champion AI-powered design workflows.
