Mid Designer

OLIVER Agency is seeking a motivated Mid Designer to create visually stunning and effective creative work for clients. This hybrid role involves working both remotely and onsite in Milan, Italy, taking design projects from brief to completion, and pitching new creative concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong Adobe CS skills, and experience with digital and offline channels.

• Produce beautiful and innovative designs for digital and offline channels
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept to execution
• Develop deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategies
• Pitch creative solutions and influence clients with creative input
• Excellent Adobe CS skills and attention to detail
• Experience with digital/online channels and retail design
