Staff Product Designer, Support

Join DoorDash as a Staff Product Designer on the Support Design team to shape customer, dasher, and merchant support experiences. You will design systems and user journeys, from issue prevention to exceptional support delivery, across mobile and internal tooling. This role involves defining projects, driving prioritization, and shipping high-impact solutions, with opportunities to mentor peers and contribute to shared tools.
