Head of Design

Kikoff, a growing fintech company, is seeking a Head of Design to own the company's design vision, craft, and execution. This hands-on role involves leading and mentoring the design team, setting quality standards, and partnering with senior leadership to shape the user experience. You will also be responsible for building the design system from the ground up and integrating AI into design workflows.

• Lead, manage, and mentor the product design team
• Own and evolve the company's design vision and quality standards
• Build a scalable design system from scratch
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing as a strategic peer
• Define and implement AI strategies for the design team
• Ensure brand integrity is woven into the product's DNA
