Staff Product Designer, Growth

Checkr is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their Growth team, focusing on customer acquisition and conversion through a product-led approach. This role involves owning design for funnel optimization, new user experiences, and personalization, leveraging AI to enhance customer journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship user-friendly products and advocate for user needs.

• Embed with the Growth team to define roadmap and lead design
• Own design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization
• Leverage AI for personalized customer experiences
• Design growth systems, experiments, and new product features
• Champion seamless and delightful experiences for SMB users
• Translate insights into testable ideas and high-fidelity designs
