Senior Experience Designer

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to create human-centered digital and human solutions for customers. You will leverage design thinking and research to influence product roadmaps, translate needs into accessible experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Leverage human-centered design methods to plan and present strategic ideas
• Perform competitive analysis and monitor market trends
• Translate business and user needs into end-to-end customer experiences
• Design omni-channel experiences that are empathetic and easy to use
• Deliver validated experiences through experimentation and testing
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
