Senior Designer, Design and Strategy Concept

Target is seeking a Senior Designer for their Home Design Strategy & Concept team. This role involves conducting research to influence brand identity and create seasonal concepts that align with enterprise and owned brand strategies. You will act as a brand captain for a key home brand, ensuring cohesive execution from ideation to go-to-market.

• Conduct consumer, industry, and product research
• Influence Owned Brand identity and create seasonal brand concepts
• Act as Brand Captain for Threshold or Room Essentials
• Collaborate with merchandising, visual merchandising, and marketing teams
• Drive differentiated Owned Brand identity through color, form, material, price, and theme
• 5+ years of experience in product or concept design within home
