Director of Brand & Product Design

Human Agency is seeking a Director of Brand & Product Design to lead brand identity and design system architecture for clients navigating AI's impact on their products and brands. This role requires a builder-first mindset and fluency in AI-augmented design workflows, owning the full design arc from concept to implementation.

• Lead brand identity and visual direction from concept to delivery
• Build design systems from the ground up, including components and governance
• Own end-to-end web and product design, from IA to final specs
• Actively use AI tools to enhance design workflows and share learnings
• Present and defend design decisions to client stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers and strategists for seamless handoffs
