Staff Product Designer

Monzo is seeking a Staff Product Designer to set long-term design visions, lead complex projects, and mentor other designers. This role involves shaping product strategy, raising design craft standards, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive business goals.
