About this role

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to reimagine commercial lending experiences. You will translate complex customer needs and business requirements into intuitive digital solutions, working hands-on from discovery through delivery. A key aspect of this role involves exploring and integrating AI to enhance the speed, quality, and effectiveness of our design workflow.

What we are looking for

Design end-to-end product experiences for complex commercial lending journeys
Translate complex processes and customer needs into simple, intuitive interfaces
Rapidly prototype and iterate using Figma and other tools
Utilize customer research and testing to inform design decisions
Facilitate collaborative design workshops with multidisciplinary teams
Experiment with and integrate AI into the product design workflow
