About this role

Vanguard is seeking a UX Researcher & Research Operations Specialist to conduct usability studies and research for web and mobile applications. You will gather user feedback through interviews and contextual inquiries, analyze findings, and present actionable recommendations to design teams and decision-makers. This role is key to integrating user insights into product development and enhancing the user experience for Vanguard's clients.
