Clio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our new Judiciary team, focusing on transforming how judges and clerks work in the age of AI. You will lead end-to-end experience design for a zero-to-one product, tackling complex challenges with little precedent. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of legal technology for courts, ensuring trust, transparency, and impartiality.

• Lead strategy and end-to-end experience design for a new AI product in the judiciary space
• Drive discovery, opportunity framing, launch, and iteration for complex product areas
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define vision and raise quality bar
• Design AI experiences with a focus on trust, explainability, and user control
• Translate deep customer understanding into clear direction and cohesive experiences
• Mentor and elevate other designers through critique and coaching
