Senior Product Designer

Poshmark is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead complex design projects across our buyer and seller experiences on iOS, Android, and web. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate user insights and data into impactful designs, owning the end-to-end design process from research to iteration. This role offers the opportunity to shape a marketplace used by millions and elevate the craft of our design team.

• Lead end-to-end design projects from research to iteration
• Design complex interfaces for native mobile and responsive web
• Partner with product, engineering, and research teams
• Define and advocate for user needs and business KPIs
• Contribute to and uphold the design system
• Mentor junior designers and raise the craft bar
