About this role

Orchard is looking for a Product Designer to simplify real estate transactions for agents. You will design agent-facing products that help manage customer pipelines and close deals, prototyping with AI tools and Figma. This role offers direct access to users and data, with opportunities for growth and ownership.

What we are looking for

Design agent-facing features end to end
Design for the next action in deal pipelines
Prototype using AI tools like Claude, Codex, or Cursor
Learn directly from agents through listening sessions and tests
Translate validated concepts into Figma for production
1-3 years designing digital products
