Senior CX/UX Designer

As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will lead the design of Italian legal software products, guiding complex initiatives from discovery to delivery. You will integrate AI into your design practice to create innovative, trustworthy AI-enabled experiences for legal professionals. This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and international UX teams.

• Lead complex design initiatives and champion user-centered practices
• Conduct customer research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys and prototypes
• Integrate AI into design practice and shape AI-enabled experiences
• Collaborate with engineering and review delivered experiences for quality
