UX Designer  - 12 Month FTC

As a UX Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will own the end-to-end user experience, collaborating with a design team and presenting your work to stakeholders. You will balance business needs with user requirements, advocate for inclusive design, and adapt to technical constraints while ensuring designs are delivered effectively.

• Craft end-to-end user experiences using design system components
• Create prototypes using industry-standard software
• Balance business requirements with user needs, informed by research
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design principles
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and developers
• Interpret quantitative and qualitative research to inform design
