Senior Manager of UX Design

Lead and grow a team of UX designers at an e-commerce company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies. This hands-on leadership role focuses on ensuring design decisions are research-informed and directly contribute to measurable business outcomes. You will advocate for UX in executive-level conversations and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences.
