UI/UX Designer 

Candescent is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and on-brand digital experiences for their financial technology platform. You will design wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, collaborate with web and marketing teams, and contribute to a design system. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving user problems and seeing their work implemented quickly.

• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI for web pages and digital experiences in Figma
• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive user flows and information architecture
• Create and maintain a design system and component library for visual consistency
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate closely with the web development team for accurate and responsive implementation
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web or digital marketing
